With integration, Symplify and Flows want to "unlock maximum potential"
With the launch of their integration relationship, Symplify and Flows have worked together to leverage one another's technical knowledge.
According to the agreement, CRM and marketing teams will be able to use data from Flows' user interface to launch a variety of activities in Symplify, with the latter intending to "unlock the full potential" of Symplify CRM.
Robert Kimber, CEO of Symplify, said, "We view Flows as a fantastic partner that not only addresses an issue for many organizations out there, but does it in a way that aligns very well with our own vision and philosophy.
Despite addressing the complexity that organizations frequently encounter when moving data between multiple platforms, Flows is easy to use.
Symplify has gained traction in the igaming market over the past several years, and the business claims it has seen "frequent situations" where clients struggle to manage the data flow across a variety of applications and solutions.
According to the agreement, companies who struggle with "complicated integrations," which take a lot of time and use up important IT resources, would see a "substantial reduction" in their time to market.
According to James King, CEO of Flows, "Partnering with Symplify is a strategic and crucial step for us given the many synergies between the two firms."
"At the core of our agreement is pioneering technology, and our expanding clientele is well-positioned to gain significantly from our cooperation.
"Working with Symplify, a company that has been operating for over 20 years and has experience in a variety of sectors, is a beautiful indication of how far we've gone in a very short period of time.
I'm eager to see how our cooperation develops and how Flows is used in more and more creative ways.
Organizations can instantly link with any app or data source, manage numerous systems, and automate workflows in real time with Flows. They also have complete control over their product roadmaps.
"We are really thrilled to partner with Flows and view this as a long-term engagement that grows both our brands since this is one of the most critical components of dealing with complicated solutions that involve interfaces, and data moving between platforms," Kimber said in closing.
